Plans and billing
Free, Team, Business, and Custom, the trial, what a limit does, paying by card, and the wait an Indian card can add.
The plans
- Free: 1 member, 15 quotations, 10 invoices, and 5 jobs a month, 50 sends, 1 GB of files, and a “Made with Arrowmics” line on the documents you send.
- Team: 5 members included and a seat for each further one, unlimited quotations, invoices, and jobs, 1000 sends a month, 25 GB of files, teams, overdue reminders and the daily digest, client statements, quotation revisions, write-offs and adjustments, notifications by email, and no line on the documents.
- Business: 10 members included and a seat for each further one, unlimited quotations, invoices, and jobs, 3000 sends a month, 100 GB of files, teams, overdue reminders and the daily digest, client statements, quotation revisions, write-offs and adjustments, notifications by email, customer opens and the unopened nudge, organization-wide notification defaults, and no line on the documents.
- Custom: any number of members and organizations, private reference data, and an agreement invoiced yearly. Ask from the plan page.
The trial
Every new organization is on Business for 14 days, counted from midnight of the day it was created, with no card. Its owners are emailed on day 11 and day 14. On day 15 it is on Free unless it has subscribed. A second organization you create gets its own trial.
What a limit does
It refuses the next creation and says why: the limit, the plan, and what you have used. Nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted. An organization over its seat count keeps its members and cannot invite; an organization that has sent its 15 quotations this month reads and prints all of them and creates the next one on the first of next month, or on Team today. An upload that would pass the plan's storage is refused; every file already stored stays.
Buying Team
- Settings › Plan, by an owner or admin. Payment is by card through Stripe’s checkout page; Arrowmics never sees the card.
- Monthly or yearly. Moving from monthly to yearly is charged now on a confirmation page; the reverse waits for the period end and can be undone until then.
- A member past those the plan includes is a seat. It is added to the subscription when they join and charged for the rest of the period, and taken off when they leave.
- Cancelling is a step in the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Currency and tax
- An organization that keeps its money in rupees, euros, pounds, dirhams, or riyals pays in that currency; every other organization pays in dollars.
- Rupee prices carry 18% GST, added at checkout, where you enter your GSTIN/UIN for the invoice.
- Prices in euros, pounds, dirhams, or riyals carry no tax line: a registered business pays any tax due under the reverse charge. Checkout asks for your VAT number or TRN, and Stripe's invoice says reverse charge. Without one, use Talk to us on the pricing page.
- A subscription stays in the currency it started in until it ends, even if your organization's currency changes.
Indian cards and the wait
A subscription on an Indian card is confirmed through the bank’s mandate, and a renewal is notified to the cardholder a day before. While the bank confirms, the plan page says so and the plan stays on; nothing is refused during the wait.
When a price or a limit changes
- Arrowmics gives 60 days' notice before a higher price or a lower limit applies.
- Before a price rises, the owners and admins of every organization paying it are emailed the old and the new figure in the currency they pay in, and the day it changes.
- A monthly subscription keeps its price for 12 months from that email, then moves to the new price at its first renewal after that. A yearly subscription keeps its price to the end of its term, or for a year more if it renews before the change.
- A new Free limit reaches an organization created before it 90 days later.
- Nothing is removed. An organization over a new limit keeps everything it has and is refused only the next creation, with the reason.
- To leave rather than pay the new price, cancel from the billing portal. It takes effect at the end of the paid period.
If a payment fails
The plan stays on for 7 days from the end of the period that was paid for, the owners are emailed with a link to the invoice, and Stripe retries. If it is still unpaid when the window closes, the organization reads as Free; nothing is deleted, and paying the invoice restores the plan.
