Terms of service
The agreement between you and the people who run Arrowmics. Plain words, and the same rules we hold ourselves to.
In effect from 18 Oct 2026
Who you are agreeing with
Arrowmics (“we”, “us”) is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Write to contact@arrowmics.com about anything on this page. Creating an account means you accept these terms.
What the service does
Arrowmics keeps a print business's clients, rates, enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, projects, vendors, and jobs in one place, and prices a quotation the same way every time. It is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not give tax, legal, or accounting advice, and the figures it produces are yours to check before you send them to a customer.
Your account and your organization
- Give an address you can receive email at, and keep your password to yourself. Anything done with your sign-in is treated as done by you.
- An organization is owned by the people in it. Whoever you invite can see and change the organization's records according to the role you give them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to store the customer details you put in.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What we will not do with your data
Your organization's records are yours. We do not sell them, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not read them except when you ask us to help with a specific problem. The privacy notice says exactly what is stored, where, and for how long.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to store material you have no right to store.
- Do not try to reach another organization's data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first, or work around a limit on your plan.
- Do not resell access to the service or run it on someone else's behalf without telling us.
Who owns what
The records your organization enters are yours. Arrowmics itself is ours: the application, the way it calculates a price, its document and email templates, its help content, and the demonstration data it ships with belong to us. Using the service gives you the right to use it for your business, and nothing more.
The Arrowmics name and the Cascade mark are our trademarks.
Automated access
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk retrieve any page, document, or demonstration beyond what a browser fetches for a person reading it.
- A share link is for the person it was sent to. Passing it on, or retrieving from it at a machine's pace, is not what it is for, and the public pages are rate limited per address.
- Write to us first if you want automated access for something reasonable. We will usually say yes.
Reverse engineering and replication
Do not decompile or disassemble the service, reproduce its calculation or its templates, or use the service, a demonstration of it, or its help content to build, improve, or train a competing product. If you are here to evaluate Arrowmics for your own business, none of this affects you.
Demonstration data
The rates on the calculator, the figures in the built-in price list, and anything shown on a demo are provided for evaluation. They are for demonstration only and are not real pricing, they are not a quote or an offer, and they stay inside the service. Price your own rates before you send a customer anything.
The free quote sheet
The free quote sheet at quote.arrowmics.com/sheet is provided as it is, to anyone, with no account. The figures you type are yours, and we store none of the sheet: it stays in your browser until you delete it or clear the browser's data. An email address or a message you send from the page is kept as a request, as the privacy notice says. The terms on automated access and on reverse engineering cover it as they cover the rest of Arrowmics.
The help content
Read it, quote it, and share a link to it while you are using the product. It may not be republished, sold, or reused as the documentation of something else.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are not open yet. While they are not, the service is offered free of charge and may change or pause without notice. When paid plans open we will publish the prices, the taxes that apply, and the terms of each plan before charging anyone, and no existing account is charged without agreeing to them first. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep Arrowmics available and responsive, and we watch for failures so we hear about them before you do. We do not promise a particular uptime, and maintenance or a failure at one of our providers can interrupt the service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending the agreement
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile, and an owner may delete an organization from its settings. Deleting an organization removes its records permanently.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that we are required to close by law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- Sections about liability, law, and data survive the end of the agreement.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We will post a new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Talk to us first at contact@arrowmics.com. Most problems are a misunderstanding that an email fixes.
