Exporting your data

Every list, as a spreadsheet

The Export button on every list downloads what the list is showing, with the search and the filters applied, as a CSV: clients, vendors, projects, enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, credit notes, jobs, and the seven masters with their current prices. A download holds up to 10,000 rows and ends with a line saying so if more matched.

The whole organization, as one file

Settings › Organization › Export, for owners and admins: one JSON file holding everything the organization owns, from its members and clients to every document, payment, and price, with the day it was taken. Files uploaded to a job are listed by name, type, and size; the files themselves are downloaded from the job.

Documents

• Every quotation, invoice, and credit note downloads as a PDF from its page.
• A client statement downloads as a PDF from the client’s page on a paid plan.
• Share links stay open until you revoke them or they expire.

On every plan, always

Export is never gated and never counted. A plan that ended, a subscription that lapsed, an organization you are about to delete: all export in full.
