How the rate sheet is calculated
Every part of the sheet behind a quotation, explained with a worked example you can follow to the price per piece.
What the sheet does
Every quotation is priced on a rate sheet: a column for each quantity you quote, built from your paper, printing, finishing, extras, and margin, with a price per piece at the foot of each. The sheet is stored with the quotation, so the figures you sent come back exactly whenever it is opened. The article that explains every part of it, with a worked example, sits inside the application next to the sheet itself.
