What the first hour gets you
The goal is a quotation in your customer’s inbox, priced from your own rates. It takes about five minutes if your rate card is already in a spreadsheet, and an hour if you type it in.
You put your business on the paper once, price what you print, add the customer, and record what they asked for. The quotation is worked out from that and sent as a PDF, by email, on WhatsApp, or as a link. The first 14 days are on Business with no card asked for, and the dashboard keeps a checklist of what is left until the first quotation has gone out.
