Jobs and tracking numbers
Work you send out to a vendor, recorded as a job with a tracking number in the format you choose.
Work you send out
When part of a job goes out to a vendor, such as lamination or binding, record it as a job: the vendor, the work, the dates, and what they agreed to charge. Every job gets a tracking number in a format you choose, so the number on the vendor’s paperwork matches yours. What the vendor sends back, from a proof to their invoice, stays with the job. How the format is written and how the numbers count is explained inside the application.
